1. No Guaranteed Hours: Applicant understands that this is an "on-call" position. Well Done Construction LLC does not guarantee a minimum number of hours.

2. Work Assignments: You have the right to decline any assignment offered.

3. Safety & Equipment: Workers must provide their own basic hand tools.

4. Verification: You authorize Well Done Construction LLC to verify eligibility.
